Just wanted to say 'Hi' and that I'm still alive
Well.... Ring*Con 2005 was really great - as everytime and I'm considering to come back next year just because of my costume ideas. I have no ticket yet, but I'm on it, as soon as I have the money to pay it.
I heard, the convention hotel is already sold out and more than 15000 tickets sold! By the way: Next year's biggest lotr convention the Ring*Con 2005 will be in Fulda again (centre of Germany) from 10th to 12 of November.
www.ringcon.de - oh and Elijah is obviously going to come - but I won't believe it, until I see him right in front of me on the stage!
Concering my new plans (which would have fitted in the other thread), I told you already, that I'm on a project that will be part of my final exams (it's my last year in school now) and I'm designing an elven armor by myself and creating the whole costume, which will be for my arts class test.
Hopefully at the same time, I will create another costume. It's idea came out just yesterday evening on the phone, while talking to a friend of mine, who will do that with me.
I don't want to speak much of it, because this project is only consisting of ideas and sketches at the moment.
AND I want to have a haradrim-costume for next year's convention. I just loved all the haradrim this year and because I'm a huge fan of all concering oriental and arabian things, this role will fit perfectly *g*.
Well... that's all I have to tell at the moment.
I'm going to post news and pictures as soon as I have some.
