I like to sew Haldir's Marchwarden Costume, but now I asked myself: "How, to hell Haldir wear he's Belt? And how he's Sword is fixed on it?

Maybe sombody have an Idea, how I have to wear the Belt and the Sword correctly?

I printed a life-size version of the shield (good old CorelDraw!!!:lol ) and using this as a template cut it out of corrugated cardboard. I started with something simple! :lol The scabbard! Those of you who are Boromire fans may recognise the LARP sword I'm using as a mould! I covered the blade with two layers of cling film to keep the shape of the blade and made it from alternating layers of PVA glue and baby-wipes followed by one of No-More-Nails.

Before the attack on ezboard's happened, I asked whether or not it would be doable to use fun foam to make Arwen's Coronation Crown. I saw there were some replies to the original thread, but I never was able to access them. So...Here's the question again...Is it doable? For the bigger parts of the crown? How would you go about getting that silver look and have it look believable?
