For DC I am making a Ranger costume and I am going to make a quiver with arrows to go along with it. Now here comes my question.

I just wondered, what the safety instructions are like at the conventions you have been.
At Ring*Con here in Germany you aren't allowed to bring a blank weapon in the territory. Wood etc. and larp-weapons are possible and I think yo can even bring adornment-weapons, if they are "peace bonded" - that means they are in a scabbard (or whatever) where they will be hold in place and won't be easily pulled out.
