I just stumbled over this site a few days ago whilst searching for some info about costuming. Actually first I was looking for costumes fitting larp, then searched for armour (elven armour) and found this. as on larp it's not likely to be seen elves wearing plastic, or gapoxio armour, so I'm thinking about doing it metal.

To start, The third age armor, Lthlorien armor, or Sindarian (no way!!!) armor, whatever you want to call it is simply one of the worst designs of armor I have ever seen. I was happy, anxious even to see The Two Towers, What a disappointment.
